“Multi -divorce structures are hiding behind the” blind confidence “axis while clubs like us, which do not communicate with another club at all, are prevented from playing in the same competition.
“To assemble injustice, it is also allowed for clubs that seem to have huge informal arrangements with each other with participation and may play against each other.
“While we respect the CAS members, the process is designed to restrict heavily, and in our case, it makes it almost impossible to obtain a fair hearing.
“Rejection of all applications for disclosure to obtain correspondence between the relevant parties, and refuse to allow witnesses to the two concerned witnesses, and the general lack of formations and respect for the law, cannot be stabbed properly, which leads to pre -defined results.
“UEFA’s decision has wider effects on the governance of this sport. A mixture of badly visible regulations and their unequal application means that our brilliant fans will deprive the opportunity to watch this team compete in the European League for the first time in our history.
“This must be a football turning point. UEFA must fulfill its mandate to pass the coherent rules that are connected and applied properly, with reasonable treatment periods to solve the uncertainty and consistent penalties, and the treatment of all clubs on an equal footing with the appropriate appeal process.
“The European Court of Justice has made it clear that the rulings similar to this will be under greater scrutiny than the national courts in the future. Only then will be granted fairness and procedures for each team.
“Although we are continuing to take legal advice on the following steps, we will compete in the conference league with the same determination and will win this amazing club.”
