The national women’s national team in Spain separated roads with the main coach Monzi Tommy, as he was appointed Sonia Permodes as its successor.
The Spanish Football Association confirmed that Tommy’s contract will not be renewed when it expires on August 31.
The 43 -year -old became the first major director of Spain in September 2023 after she worked as an assistant to Gurge Felda.
Felda was rejected in the wake of the scandal of Luis Rubiales, and Tommy continued to direct Spain to win the opening women in February 2024.
It also led the team to the Euro 2025 final, where it was beaten by England with a translation.
In a statement, RFEF Tome thanked her “her work, professionalism and dedication” before her departure at the end of the month.
Bermodes, 40, won nine league titles during her career with Rayo Valekano, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Levante, and made 61 games for Spain.
She was training under 23 years before her promotion, and previously led the oldest party, and represented her country in the 2015 World Cup, where La Roja ended the bottom of her group.
