Philz coffee obtained by Freeman Spogli in a strategic deal

Coffee Coffee Coffee Company has reached a final agreement obtained by Freeman SPOGLI, a strategic growth investor.

The financial conditions of the acquisition were not revealed, but the deal is expected to be closed on August 6, 2025.

Philz Coffee will continue to work under the leadership of the MAHESH SADARANGANI, who has been on top of his head since 2021, alongside the current leadership team.

Philz Coffee was founded in 2003 in San Francisco by Phil Jaber and his son Jacob.

77 cafes around California and Chicago are managed by wholesale business sectors and online care.

The company also has a rocking facility in Auckland, California.

Freeman Spogli has a long history of partnership with brands for consumers since its establishment in 1983, as it previously invested in Boot Barn, El Pollo Loco, First Watch, Floor and Decor and Popeyes Chicken.
