Sunderland Boss Le Bris signs the contract to 2028

Reges Le Press, Sunderland’s director, signed a new contract until the summer of 2028.

The 49 -year -old was appointed as Black Cats in June 2024 after his departure from Lorient.

Le Bris Sunderland led to the promotion of his first campaign in The Helm, by beating 2-1 over Sheffield United in the qualifying final in the tournament in May, representing the club’s return to the Premier League after an eight-year absence.

“The relationship I had with employees, players and supporters are normal, and we participated in many wonderful moments together,” said Lu Press, who opened his team from 2025-26 at home to West Ham on August 16.

“Collective ambition exists to see it and now, there is a desire to become stronger. I can feel energy and intention to push forward, and we need this in the following challenges that we will face.

“In every part of the organization, everyone has his own role, and we are all aligned.”

Sunderland signed 10 players while preparing for the Premier League, including the club’s record, which signs Habib Diara and a former Captain Arsenal Granite xhaka.
