- Sandvik (otkbk: sdfki) has acquired US-based FASTech is a distributor of computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) solutions in the Mastercam network, strengthening its position in the CAM market and expanding its customer base.
- The purchase price was not disclosed.
- FASTech will be part of the Mastercam business unit and will be reported under the Sandvik Manufacturing and Machining Solutions business area.
