Bruce Carrington (16-0, 9 KOS) used his boxing skills to defeat Matius Hita heavy (14-1, 9 KOS), where he won a wide unanimous decision from 12 rounds to win the temporary feather weight of WBC on Saturday evening at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Carrington, 28, thought better than a fight with the most powerful Hita, chose to stick and move all night. I worked perfectly with a widespread decision of 119-109, 119-109 and 120-108.
Hita fell well when Carrington stopped moving, but he had no enough chances. He should have taken more opportunities to make it an exciting battle.
All Top Rank fighters won tonight, which says a lot about the success that is being done. No drama. No one is upset.
Carrington should have been a better fighter than Heita, who was chosen from near the bottom of the classification to be the B-SID tonight.
