Ashish Gupta, CEO and founder of Bambinos participated.

“I met a candidate this morning,” Gobta wrote, “a simple boy from Rajasthan. His father runs a small spare parts store. He finished BBA in 2019 and worked in Gojarat for three years, and got about $ 3.5 to 4 dollars per year. He had big dreams-growth, gain, and support for his family.”

In the pursuit of these dreams, the young jump jumped many others -joining the MBA management program “Ladka MBA KAR RAA Haha Hai”, Gupta commented.

But the real cost of this Master of Business Administration? Nearly $ 40 to cde.

  • $ 18 for study fees
  • 10 dollars to live in Bangalore
  • 8 dollars in the income lost for two years

Gupta revealed that the same candidate is struggling to find a job that is paid up to 4 dollars. With the installation of the loan compression, the marriage expectations are closed, and no financial pillow remains for the family, it is unable to withstand risks or consider entrepreneurship paths.

“He is besieged,” said Gupta. “And unless a miracle work ranges between 30 and 40 dollars, it is on its way-which is very rare-it will remain stuck in this session.”

The most important thing is that it is not alone. According to Gupta, of more than 200 students in the same batch of Business Administration, he received only 80 job offers. Most of them were less than $ 6-7 LPA. About 70 was demobilized or left within three months. Meanwhile, the institute boasts about putting $ 35 of LPA – according to what was reported that the aforementioned student has denied.

“This is not just one story,” Gupta warned. “It is widely happening. We lose talent, energy and dreams – and we create more job seekers, not job creators.”

Ashish Gobta’s message to young aspirants and their families are clear: Do not follow the Master of Business Administration for wrong reasons – marriage, situation or blind hope in a higher salary. Certainly not from institutes outside the highest 20.

“Instead,” it is recommended, “Choose a skill. Go deeply. Make it. Building something real. You will be in a much better position – financially, emotionally and professionally.”
