Superman James Gan suffers from the same peak problem, as Zac Sneider’s man is steel

James Gan “Superman” It is an enjoyable journey with a great crew, but it is also full to the extent that you hardly have a moment to pick up your breath. An early scene where Louis Lin (Rachel Brucenan) Clark Kent (David CorensWet) interviews where Superman offers a nice break after a movement packed, indicating that the decline and similar flow will continue throughout the rest of the movie. Instead, we barely get another slow moment from that point, as the film is cut in a feverish form from one group to another to another to the list of credits.

Although the film could have benefited from more time spent in building a Clarak personal arc (or, really, anyone), the work of the comic book with a very colorful and enjoyable, and the movie’s energy is very new, so that it does not mind increasing the speed. This is, until you reach the peak of the movie, where things were stagnant. Closed in the fighting with Ultraman, who revealed that it was an incomplete reproduction of himself created by Lex Luthor (Nicholas Holt), Kal-Il enters a lengthy SlugFest that he takes through Metropolis as it was destroyed by a multi-dimensional crack.

While all this Voices Cold, there are special moments all the time, the battle of its climax is going in the exact problem that was afflicted with the end of the “steel man” of Zack Snyder – when you have Superman fighting someone with the same powers, the result is not interesting. In both films, the big battle eventually reaches two coherent balls that crashes each other in the air. It is exciting in the concept, but it becomes fast.

Superman has an impressive group of powers for unequal battles, and the 2025 movie gives it many of these. For example, a dueling with Kaiju in the center of Metropolis, for example, is really enjoyable because of how to reward him in order to reduce damage and losses while providing heavy strikes to the creature. It was a problem with “Man of Steel”, a problem with “Superman” by James Gan. This may also not help in the Ultraman’s battle immediately after Clark was more interesting, as Clark fights both Ultraman and engineer (María Gabriela de Faría) in the Bessoul field. Run this prolonged exchange directly to one person on only one makes the final clouds a little.

It is amazing that the scene of the most creative fighting and not forgotten in the entire film does not include Superman at all, but it appears instead that Mr. Ryniev descends a full species of military commandos. The unique forces often often lead to more creative scenes, and this is a great example.

Superman could have used little of its peak to build the story and characters

I want to confirm again that I really liked “Superman”. It is fun, it’s evacuated, and gets the tone correctly. But in the end, I was also struggling to install what the movie was actually on. There is a little time spent in developing the character or building any broader ideas. Looking at the time when its climax, it is difficult to think that some operating time could have been better spent in slower moments all over the movie.

When he returns to see his parents in Kansas and recover from his injuries near the end of the second chapter, Clark has a line that should have been the basis for his character in the movie: “I am not the one I thought I was.” The treachery that his chipptuonian parents already sent to the ground to conquer it makes him flow, and doubts his nature. This is a great place to build a strong character, but it is the only line in the entire movie as it already struggles with this idea.

Likewise, Luteor is a wonderful evil, but the camp’s embrace of the older superman caricature also means that its motives are beautiful caricatures. With a little time spending it on the hero or the villain, the film feels that it works on bars, such as the journey that Sibnion inevitably in six flags. Since preparing for what is intended to be a sprawling cinematic world, “Superman” is doing the task well, but I can only hope that he will have more meat on the bones and spend less time breaking the movement numbers in each other.
