Gaza Hospital says that 24 people were killed near the aid site, while witnesses blame the Israeli Defense Army

Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza said 24 people were killed near the aid distribution site.

The Palestinians who were present at the site said that the Israeli forces opened fire while people were trying to reach food on Saturday.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said that there were no “well -known injured individuals” from the Israeli Defense Army fire near the site.

Separately, an Israeli military official said that the warning shots had been launched to disperse the people of the Israeli Defense Army to represent a threat.

The claims were not verified on both sides independently. Israel does not allow international news organizations, including BBC, in Gaza.

The BBC shots later on Saturday showed what appeared to be a number of body bags in the yard of Nasser Hospital surrounded by nurses and people who wear blood stained.

In another video, a man said that people were waiting for help when they were targeted for five minutes. The paramedics accused the Israeli forces of cold blood.

Reuters said she spoke to witnesses who described people who were shooting in the head and trunk. The News Agency also reported that you see the bodies wrapped in white coffins in Nasser Hospital.
