A preliminary report issued on the Air India plane, which crashed last month in the Indian city of Ahmedabad, found that the conversion of fuel control into the engine had been turned off just moments ago. All of them died with the exception of one out of 242 people on the plane in the debris. CBS News Sumwalt, former president of the National Transport Safety Council, joins the analysis.
