Meanwhile, according to the position of birds registered against the Sigachi Industries administration, the company was using old machines, and the workers were forced to operate them. Sangarddy police registered a flight information on Monday against the factory management based on a complaint from a family member in a victim. The aviation information area was presented under sections 105 (guilt that does not extend to the killing), 110 (attempt to commit a deadly murder), and 117 (voluntarily caused serious harm) from BNS.

The Aviation Information Zone stated that the father of the complainant and other employees had repeatedly informed the administration about the need to replace the old mechanism, and a warning of the potential danger and severe losses in property and life. Despite these warnings, the administration ignored the concerns and continued to use the old mechanism, which led to the explosion, as the flight information said, citing the complaint.

The complaint was filed by Yashwanth Rajanala, whose father worked, Rajanala Vinkat Jagan Mohan, in Sigachi for 20 years. Yashwant said that his father shared his concerns with family members several times, but the company did not take any action. On the day of the accident, Yashwanth was informed by his uncle, Ram Mohan Rao, that a fire broke out in the factory at about 9:30 am, causing deaths and severe burns to workers.

Yashwanth rushed to the Patancheru Governmental District Hospital, where he identified his father’s body. A senior official from the Tilanga Fire Department said the company has no NOC certificate from the department. The factory lacks sufficient safety measures such as fire alarms and heat sensors. The official explained that obtaining NOC is an online process reviewed by a committee. Sigachi Industries did not apply for a certificate, so none of them was issued.
