Liverpool rejected Bayern Munich approach for Louis Diaz, and insisted that the Colombian wing is not for sale this summer.

With the transfer window in full swing, Bayern’s interest in the Premier League champions are met.

Reports indicate that the sports director of the German club, Max Eberl, was informed by Liverpool officials that Diaz is still a major part of their plans, which led to the suspension of any negotiations between the two sides.

This is not the first time that Diaz has attracted attention on the market, as Barcelona also tried to sign it last month, which Liverpool rejected the same.

Despite external attention, Diaz kept his options open, admitting that discussions were held.

“The market is open and we are trying to solve what is better for us,” he said. “We are talking to other clubs. It’s the transfer window, it’s normal.”

However, he confirmed continuous talks with Liverpool, saying: “Now we are in contact with them because we are talking to other clubs.”

“I am very happy in Liverpool. Since the first day, they made me really welcome. I am just waiting to see what is happening. If Liverpool does not make a good offer, I still have two years they left with them, I will be happy to stay there,” added Diaz, who is said to have an evaluation of about 70 million pounds.

“It is up to them. I am just waiting to see what is happening. Everything depends on them. It is clear that it is up to me to decide what is better for the future.”

The RDS team aims to maintain their primary team this summer, especially after the departure of Trent Alexander Arnold.

In response, the club was proactive in the market, as Jeremy Frimbong signed a direct alternative, and secured a British record for Florian Witroz from Bayer Leverkusen. Milos Kirkkra from Bournemouth also joined their ranks.

Meanwhile, the young defender Jarily Kansah moved in the opposite direction to Leverkusen, and according to his colleague, Brucedbock Harvey Elliot, attracts attention from several clubs after his strong offer in euros less than 21 euros.
