The University of Pennsylvania erases the records recorded by the Trance swimmer as part of the decision to investigate civil rights.

Later on Tuesday, Thomas removed Thomas from the “School Records at all” list, adding that Thomas recorded records during the 2021-22 season under “the rules of eligibility in force at that time.”

The Upenn step comes after the Civil Rights Office at the Ministry of Education announced in April that it decided that the university had violated the ninth address by “allowing males to compete in athletics between women and women and occupy intimate facilities for women only.”

US Secretary of Education Linda McMahon described the agreement as a “great victory for women and girls.”

“The administration praises its previous damage against women and girls, and we will continue to fight unabated to restore the application of the correct ninth address and apply it to the maximum limit of the law,” McMahon said in a statement.

The human rights campaign and Glaad, one of the largest LGBTQ invitation organizations in the United States, did not respond immediately for the suspension requests.
