Warning: This story contains allegations of sexual violence and may affect those who have suffered or know a person with it.

The jury’s deliberations began on Monday in the trial of Sean “Didi”, a federal sex for sex trafficking and hit an obstacle as soon as it started. However, by the end of the day, the jury indicated that they are making progress weighing complicated charges that could put hip -hop in life imprisonment.

The first day of the deliberations witnessed a wave of observations from the jury and the mothers and its supporters running their heads in prayer in the courtroom – but there is no ruling.

The jury consisting of eight men and four women disagrees within seven weeks of graphic and emotional certificates sometimes about the tendency of rap and fashion and the reality on reality TV on violence for violence and hers of citizenship, including drug -covered sex marathon called “arrests” or “hotel nights”.

About an hour later, Foreperson warned the court that the jury was facing a problem following the judge’s instructions. This prompted the judge to send a note to remind jury that they must adhere to what he said.

“We are concerned (jury), they cannot follow your honor instructions,” Foreperson wrote on a note after 12:30 pm local time.

Judge Aaron Supramian sent his observation to the jury after 2 pm local time, and to remind jury to circulate and follow his instructions on the law.

After the judge originally suggested asking the jury before the nature of the fears about his colleague’s jury, defense lawyer Mark Agunefilo suggested caution and to be said more than that.

Koms’s lawyers suggested that the judge states the jury that they have just started trading and resuming this. If there are other problems, defense lawyer Mark Agunefilo has suggested that the jury can send the other observation.

“We can always conclude it,” Agnevilo said.

The jury sent another note after about three hours, asking for an explanation from the instructions that deal with drug distribution – a claim included in the conspiracy charge faces.

Compos, 55, acknowledged that he was not guilty of federal charges of blackmailing, and two accusations of sex trafficking-with regard to two of his former friends-and two accusations of transportation to participate in prostitution, claiming that they arrange for sex workers across the state lines.

In the closing arguments last week, the representatives of the Federal Prosecutor and the Defense Team in the Comles took the last footage to persuade the jurors to condemn or configure the Bad Boy Records Granda Founder.

“The defendant used power, violence and fear to get what he wanted,” said American lawyer Christie Slavic. “He thought that his fame, wealth and his authority put him above the law.”

She said that he used his “close circle and a small army of personal employees, who made their mission to meet all the defendant’s desire, encourage his strength and protect his reputation at any cost.”

Defense lawyer Mark Agunefilo replied: “This is not a matter of crime. It is related to money.” He pointed out that one of the accused Coms in the criminal case filed a lawsuit against him in the Civil Court.

“He is not a high -ranking. He is not a conspiracy to make blackmail. He is not from these things. He is innocent. He sits there, innocent. I return him to his family, who is waiting for him,” the lawyer told the jurists.

In general, 34 witnesses, under the title COSSIE’s former Cassie Girlfriends, witnessed Casandra Ventura – and “Jin”, which was seen under a pseudonym. Both women said that he was often violent. Kassi said that he forced her to hundreds of sexual intercourse with male sex workers, while Jin narrated “the hotel’s nights.”

Watch | Rain does not witness the trial of sex trafficking:

Sean “Didi” compass does not witness the approaching trial of sex

The trial of sex trafficking for Shawn “Didi” Coms is close to its end without rapper/producer, the famous product in his defense.

The jurors also saw a famous safety camera video now on COMBS, hitting, kicking and pulling them at the Los Angeles Hotel in 2016, and clips of videos from sexual interviews.

Combs chose not to testify, and his lawyers did not contact any witnesses in the defense case. Instead, his lawyers chose to challenge the credibility of the accused during the long interrogations.

The defense acknowledged that the rain deviated from violence, but its lawyer asserts that sexual acts were mutual. They claim that the prosecutors are intrusive in the personal life of Combes and that he did nothing to justify the charges against him.
