“We let China take everything away”: How did the rare land in Myanmar decline across the eastern border of India

India missed a rare ground reward in its rear courtyard, while China quietly took control of the north rich in metal in Myanmar through a hard -line agent.

Finfluense Jayant Mondhra looked at LinkedIn, with a highlight of how India lost a strategic opportunity in the neighboring Kashin state in Myanmar – to nearly 45 % of the world’s rare ground metal supplies.

“India could have obtained half of the rare land that goes to China today, only if a politician/Babus is interested”, and confirms how the KIA independence army, a strong rebel group, is making these decisive minerals and weighing them to China.

According to Mondhra, the rare Earth pipeline in China from Myanmar began seriously when the government-led government banned the government in 2018 to reduce the effect of Kia. In response, China has supported a military coup that put the Myanmar army in nominal control – while Kia continued to work independently in Cashin, striking deals directly with Beijing.

All conflicts between the Myanmar and KIA army, as Mondahra claimed, are now mediated in Kunming by Chinese People’s Liberation officials, which effectively enhance China’s grip on the region. “Kia has ended as an extended arm of China and PLA,” he wrote.

While China has benefited from a mixture of diplomacy and sabotage to secure the vital supply chain, India remained passers -by. “We have literally the largest hot point in the world of rare ground minerals next to our borders … However, our most close neighboring left everything that takes everything away.”

Critics may argue against the involvement of the militants, but Mondra indicates the recent pragmatism in India with the Taliban. “He should definitely try to make a deal with Kia as well. Or with the government of Myanmar at the time to help eliminate Kia.”
