On Thursday, United Nations Secretary -General Antonio Guterres warned that the United Nations Charter was suffering from an unprecedented attack, as the 193 -member Global Authority celebrated the eighty anniversary of the founding document. “The United Nations Charter is not optional. It is not a selective list. It is the cornerstone of international relations.”
