Indosuez acquires the customers of the wealth management BNP Paribas in Monaco

BNP Paribas Group Management Management will be obtained by Indosuez Wealth Management, a section of the Crédit Agricole collection, as part of an agreement to increase its presence in Monaco.

CFM Indosuez, the long -established Monegasque entity, concluded a deal to take over the wealth management customer base in BNP Paribas in the emirate. This step will reinforce the already strong Indosuez in the local market, as the company has operated since 1922.

In addition to getting customers, Indosuez will form a strategic cooperation with BNP Paribas to provide long -term support to Monaco wealth management customers. The deal is likely to be closed, taking into account organizational approval, in the first half of 2026.

Moreover, the acquisition is part of the broader Indosuez strategy to enhance its presence among the high -value customers (UHNW) in Europe, especially in a sector that sees increasing unification.

“This acquisition will enhance our position in Monaco with high -value customers (UHNW). Indosuez follows the growth strategy in a sector that is subject to unification and is considered a major player in wealth management in Europe,” said Jacques Prost, CEO of Indosuez Wealth Management.

For BNP Paribas customers in Monaco, it means continuity and improved services. CFM Indosuez will provide them with access to a wide range of banking services and advice. These include companies financing, box service and management, as well as global financing capabilities supported by Crédit Agricole.
