Ottawa “helped” more than 500 Canadians in the Middle East, says the minister – my country

Minister of Foreign Affairs Anita Anand says more than 500 Canadians in the Middle East received support from the federal government during the conflict between Iran and Israel.

She added that more than 100 people will be on a trip that leaves Jordan on Tuesday evening.

Details of the place where they should get out of Iran will be sent and where they can find consular assistance to the Canadians registered in the Global Affairs Canada.
