You may have exceeded the size of the horseback this week, but the weather was nice so it was fun. Last Tuesday, we made a collective trip in the hills east of Giliri, which started at the entrance to the Mendoza farm to Harvey Bir Park. I usually ride there from my friend’s house, but recently due to the common SI problems, I couldn’t ride erect on this long journey, and I was afraid that my watch is not suitable for her car. So I resigned observers from home to the beginning, making this a total of 90 km (56 miles) for me (and 3 batteries). It was a great journey, though. From the valley at this time of the year, it looks really dry in East Hills, and it is always surprising how beautiful it is when you wake up. On Wednesday, I made one of my solid rides, 85 km in 3 hours 25 minutes, with more than two hours of rapid rhythm, followed by some time breaks and race. On Thursday, it was a difficult session at the top of the body, followed by an easy refreshing journey, then on Friday went to the long rhythm for 3 hours 20 minutes. Then yesterday, some easy arm rotation and easy recovery ride for a total of 70 minutes.
