An American -backed consortium – who was climbed by former Real Madrid striker Gareth Bale talks with Pleimmouth Arjil due to a possible acquisition.

As I mentioned for the first time before TelegraphConsortium consists of an American private stock group, including the Storch family, with Bale’s use as its face.

It is understood that the initial discussions took place between the consortium and the Aryge hierarchy, but did not go at this stage.

The Chairman of the Board of Playmouth Simon Halit is seeking new investments in the club this year.

In March, Halit agreed to a deal in principle to sell a stake in the club to new investors, but it passed in May.

Pleimouth fell to the first league last month after two seasons at the second level, with a defeat at home on the last day against Leeds to close their fate.

Sky Sports News I called the representatives of Pleimouth and Bell for more comment.

If the deal continues, Bale will be the latest large sporty name with the EFL club.

The former teammate of Bell Luka Modric from Bell became an investor and a co -owner of the Swansea Championship in April, while Tom Brady, former NFL midfielder, has a minority stake in Birmingham.

Bell retired from football in January 2023 at the age of 33. He won five UEFA Champions League titles with Real Madrid, a standard top scorer in Wales at all in Wales with 41 in 111 capsules.

Bale appeared in Wales in the 2022 World Cup – its first appearance in the World Fish since 1958 – and in the euro in 2016 and 2020.

Last Friday, Plemouth was appointed as a former coach in Watford Tom Cleverly as his new head.

The 35 -year -old, who was dismissed by Watford in May, signed a three -year contract for Mirun Museil, who left Home Park last month to take over the German club Shalky.

Cleverly is a permanent fifth leg of the fifth leg since December 2023.

Halilet said: “Since Miroun’s departure, Tom’s knowledge has been available, we immediately identified him as the perfect person to be our next coach and targeted him immediately,” Halit said.

“When we talked to him, he was fully compatible with the club’s vision and aspirations and it was clear all the time that Tom was suitable for us.

“He is fully invested in our long -term plans and will play a major role in helping us to achieve them.”

Former Manchester United, Watford Cleverly midfielder, led Hornz to fourteenth in the tournament last season, his first full campaign.

He replaced Valerian Ismail, initially, the position of Chargé d’Affaires, in March 2024.
