Russian strikes led to the second largest city in Ukraine early on Saturday, killing three people and wounding at least 17 others in what Mayor of Kharkiv described as the largest drone attack since the beginning of the war. The regional authorities said that two other people were killed when a Russian missile hit a tall building in the southern city of Jupson.
