Snapchat announced on Thursday that it launches the Watchos app to allow Apple Watch to reach the social network on their wrists. Using this new app, users can now use Snapchat via mobile devices, websites, tablets and Apple Watch.
Users can now inspect a received message and also reply using a keyboard, scribble, dictation or emojis. The company says that the new application will allow users to do things like telling their friend quickly that they are “here” when meeting in a quick restaurant or look and send a quick response while running.
Although you can already preview Snapchat messages on Apple Watch by enabling it to your iPhone, there has been no way to respond to it yet.

Snap wrote in a blog post: “The number of devices we use in our daily life has grown.” “We already see our community enjoying the use of Snapchat across surfaces including tablet and web, as well as a mobile phone, and this depends on our commitment to making Snapchat available in all the devices you use, including wearable devices.”
On Thursday’s announcement is a shift in thinking about Snapchat, said CEO of Snap Evan Spiegel years ago. He was not very careful On the small Apple Watch screen, noting that people may prefer looking at a picture on their phones, instead of their watch.
Snapchat is now focusing on using the Watchos app to enable users to respond quickly to the messages, not displaying photos or videos.
With this launch, Snapchat outperformed competing messaging applications such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp by launching a custom Watchos app.
