NATO president is determined to give Trump a victory with the defense spending plan by 5 %

Mark Retti is determined to give Donald Trump a victory at the upcoming NATO summit.

The coalition Secretary -General wants to avoid scenes in 2016 when the US President, while, during his first term, had benefited from European allies for not spending enough to defend and benefit from the US taxpayer.

He only said that he has a “cunning plan” to hold political leaders, “that the countries will adhere to annual plans that show the increase every year to ensure that you reach the new goal of 5 %.”

This would prevent the “hockey stick” to draw a graph to spend time over time, as it suddenly wanders in the end.

Roti will visit the United Kingdom next week to meet with Prime Minister Sir Kerr Starmer. On Thursday, US Defense Minister Beit Higseth claimed that countries including France, Germany and Baltic and Northern countries, Poland, Greece and Hungary have already committed to a 5 % pledge.

“We think everyone will get there, and we are really doing. It is important to do that. It is important for the United Kingdom to reach there,” said Higseth.
