‘His head hit the wall’: UP teacher who watches porn in class grabs 8-year-old ‘by the hair’ because he laughs at him

An eight-year-old boy in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, was beaten by his teacher after the child laughed at him because he watched an obscene film in the classroom. The incident sparked anger and calls for strict action against the teacher.

According to reports, the teacher, identified as Kuldeep Yadav, was watching a pornographic video on his mobile phone during class when the students started laughing at him. Enraged by their laughter, Yadav grabbed the eight-year-old by his hair and slammed his head against the wall. He also hit the child with a stick, wounding his ear.

“The students’ reaction enraged Yadav, who then abused my son and brutally beat him up. He grabbed my son by his hair and hit his head against the wall. He also hit him with a stick. My son sustained injuries, including on his ear. I have registered a police complaint against the teacher,” the victim’s father said. For NDTV.

The teacher was reportedly detained for questioning. Superintendent of Police (Rural) Gopinath Soni confirmed that an investigation has been launched and a case has been registered. “The teacher is currently being held for questioning,” Soni said.

In another incident, a teacher from a convent school in Chitparagon faced legal action for allegedly assaulting a sixth-grade student for wearing a cap to school.

According to Prashant Kumar Chaudhary, an in-charge at Chitparagon police station, the teacher beat up the student again after the child’s father complained to the school authorities.

Police confirmed that an FIR has been registered against Jitendra Rai, a teacher at Nav Bharat Children’s Academy, following a complaint filed by Anil Kumar Gupta, a resident of Jai Prakash Nagar village, on Wednesday.
