These black dumbbells with red accents include handles, weight panels and plastic tray. 552 dumbbells have adjustable weights from five to 52.5 pounds, while 1090 dumbbells adapt from 10 to 90 pounds. Why are they called?

In response to reports, Johnson Health has developed safer versions of 552 and 1090 dumbbells designed to comply with the most stringent safety standards. These alternative models are Bowflex Results Series 552 Selecech Dumbbells and Results series 1090 Selectionch Dumbbells.

Customers who bought their dumbbells from Nautilus can use a recovery voucher by buying new dumbbells as soon as it is available.

What should you do?

The first step is to stop using dumbbells immediately if you have any of these two models. The second step is full Claim. You will need the following information to complete the form:

  • Your contact information and mail
  • Purchase details (history and place of purchase)
  • Product information (model and serial number)

Once you check your demand, you will receive a prepaid shipping mark and a square to return the handles and your dumbbell base. The company expects to start charging these boxes in July.

If you have been wounded by BOWFLEX DumbBells, you must immediately report CPSC injury by filling “Invert an unsafe product” Form on its website.
