It is the election day in Venezuela. The voters were called to choose legislators, governors and other elected officials on Sunday (May 25), but the opposition asked voters to boycott polls. The main opposition, led by Maria Corina Machado, a former engineer and deputy, urged the Venezuelan not to legalize what they see as the elections of another trick through voting.
