The NVIDIA and Foxconn Hon Hai Technology Group announced today that it deepens its long partnership and works with the Taiwan government to build a group of supercomputations in the artificial intelligence factory Nafidia Blackwell Infrastructure for researchers, startups and industries.
Foxconn will provide the artificial intelligence infrastructure through its affiliated Big Innovation Company as Nvidia Cloud partner. It includes 10,000 Nvidia Blackwell GPUS, the AI factory will expand the range of computing and fuel innovation for researchers and institutions in Taiwan.
The National Science and Technology Council in Taiwan will use the great innovation computer to provide cloud computing resources for Amnesty International for the Ecological Agency for Technology in Taiwan, and to accelerate the development of artificial intelligence and its adoption across sectors.
TSMC researchers are planning to take advantage of the system to pay its research and develop it with faster orders, compared to the systems of the previous generation.
“Artificial intelligence has ignited a new industrial revolution – the science and industry will be transformed,” Ginsen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA said in a major interview at Computex 2025 in Taiwan. “We are pleased to cooperate with Foxconn and Taiwan to help build Amnesty International’s infrastructure in Taiwan, support TSMC and other leading companies to push innovation in the era of artificial intelligence and robots.”
“Foxconn adopts technology that supports modern life, and now, we are building an infrastructure for computing to expand the scope of the next generation of breaches throughout Taiwan,” Yong Liu, Chairman and CEO of Foxconn said in a statement. “By building this artificial intelligence factory with NVIDIA and TSMC, we set the basis for linking people in Taiwan as well as governmental organizations and institutions such as TSMC to accelerate innovation industries and enable industries.”
“In TSMC, innovation lies in the heart of everything we do. By harnessing the advanced infrastructure of artificial intelligence, we enable our researchers to accelerate the breakthroughs in semiconductor technology, allowing the next generation solutions to our customers and the world,” said the Chairman and CEO of TSMC, in a statement. “Benefiting from this artificial intelligence factory enhances our commitment to pushing the limits of innovation moved by artificial intelligence.”
“Our plan is to create an artificial ecosystem that focuses on artificial intelligence in southern Taiwan,” Minister Wu Cheng Win of the National Council for Science and Technology said in a statement. “We focus on investing in innovative research, developing a strong AI industry and encouraging daily use of artificial intelligence tools. Our final goal is to create a smart island of artificial intelligence full of smart cities, and we look forward to cooperation with NVIDIA and Hon Hai to make this vision a reality.”
Foxconn pushes regional technological innovation as NVIDIA Cloud partner
The Big Innovation Cloud AI Systems Nvidia Blackwell Ultra, including NVIDIA GB300 NVL72, solution with Nvidia Nvlinkand Nvidia Quantum Infiniband and Nvidia Special-X Ethernet networks.
In addition to becoming a partner in NVIDIA Cloud, Big Innovation Cloud plans to participate in Nvidia DGX Cloud Lepton Market, Declared separately today. This will provide a wide range of institutions – startups and research institutions to the leaders of the existing industry – easy access to advanced GPU resources, increasing the acceleration of artificial intelligence and publishing development in Taiwan. The system is also expected to provide computing to accelerate the work of startups and developers through Nafidia starting The program and Nafidia Institute for deep learning.
Foxconn will use the Big Innovation high -end computers to accelerate automation and efficiency across their three basic columns – smart cities, electric cars and manufacturing – with the vision of industries, citizens and government organizations to accelerate growth with artificial intelligence.
For smart cities, the AI factory will help improve connected transportation systems and other civil resources to enhance the quality of life for people in Taiwan. For smart electric cars, the infrastructure will enable advanced driver assistance systems and safety. In manufacturing, the analyzes driven by artificial intelligence, automation and digital twin technologies will simplify the processes and repetition of the fast product.
