A Mexican naval sailing ship on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City, which resulted in the injury of at least 19 people, including four in critical condition, according to officials.
The accident occurred on Saturday.
The videos published on the Internet show the ship sailing under the bridge, connecting New York City in Brooklyn and Manhattan, where the top of its three maids collides with the iconic structure.
The masts can be seen as it overcomes and partially collapses while colliding on the surface of the bridge.
The bowl, which was flying the green, white and red flag, then drifted towards the edge of the river while the spectators were walking away from the beach.

Sydney Nidel and Layla Katz told the Associated Press news agency that they were sitting abroad to see the sunset when they saw that the ship was hitting the bridge and one of its masts. They looked closely, they saw someone hanging from the ship.
“We have seen a person hanging, and I could not know whether it was just a fog or my eyes, and we were able to enlarge on our phone and there was someone hanging from the belt from the top, at least, at least 15 minutes before their rescue,” Katz said.
They said that they saw two people removed from the ship on cows to smaller boats.
The Mexican Navy said in a post on X that Cuuhtemoc, a training ship at the Academy, was damaged in an accident with the Brooklyn Bridge, which prevented her from continuing her journey.
He added that the status of employees and materials was under review by the marine and local authorities, which were providing assistance.
The Mexican Foreign Ministry said to X that its ambassador to the United States and officials of the Mexican consulate in New York were in contact with the local authorities to provide assistance to the “affected students”, but it did not mention the injuries.
Brooklyn Bridge, which was opened in 1883, has a main area of 1,600 feet (490 meters) supported by Bergin Building.
More than 100,000 vehicles and about 32,000 infantry cross the bridge every day, according to the city’s transport department, and its corridor is a major tourist attraction.
