Capitals Delhi in Tatters after players abroad including FAF du Plessis Block IPL 2025

Delhi capitals face a big blow, as four players withdrew from their teams from the rest IPL 2025. Faf de Pleisis, Mitchell Stark, Devonian Ferrera, and Jake Fraser McGurk chose the championship.

Earlier, Stark’s news came in the morning that it would not be available for capitals for the rest of the tournament, and now de Pleless will lose the rest of the games.

FAF du Plessis wipes that it will not join Delhi Capitals

Du Plyis 168 ranked in six roles, and after the departure of Fraser-Macjork, he will increase the difficulties facing capitals in the first place and his teammate in South Africa, Ferrera, scored only one way in one match.

Currently, only one foreign player remains in the Delhi team, Duschmanth Chamira.

The top demand now is unstable for capitals after choosing Du Plisis and Fraser Morkork from the remainder of the tournament.

Indian players such as KL Rahul, Abhishek Porel or Karun Nair will take responsibility in the first place.

External replacement of Delhi capitals

Delhi signed only six foreign players, and among the six, he chose four players from the remainder of the tournament.

CHAMEERA and Tristan Stubs only confirmed their return to the league. STUBBS will be available for the qualifiers as well, because it is not included in the final South Africa team WTC.

Delhi announced that Musstrafizur Rahman as an alternative to Fraser-McGurk, but the Bangladesh Cricket Council has not yet granted him a non-exposure certificate (NOC) to play in IPL 2025. Rahman is currently in Sharjah in the T20i series against the United Arab Emirates.

Delhi also acquired the Sediqueh ATAL, but it was a substitute for Harry Brook, who did not participate in the league from the beginning.

Capitals have not announced any alternatives to Starc, du Plessis and Ferreira yet. They are now under the supervision of the players abroad and will look forward to the signature of at least one or two foreign players in the qualifiers.

Delhi Capitals qualifying scenario

Delhi did not end its last match against the Punjab kings, which were abandoned by security concerns. They collected only 10 games in the match, and Punjab scored 122 runs in 10.1 sums. This match will be resumed from this point.
