The brother of the Israeli hostage, which was captured at the Nova Music Festival, is still hoping for a safe return

Gall and Jay was at the Nova Music Festival when Hamas launched his terrorist attack on October 7. Jal escaped, but his brother, who calls him his best friend, did not.

“The most difficult thing for me is that I really went there to see it, watch my baby, and I promised it,” Gal said.

In February, Hamas put an advertising video that showed the man.

“He was removed by Hamas to see the other hostages who return home,” Gal said. “I was completely incapable because I couldn’t do anything to help him, so I was there again, and watching my infant brother in this inhuman state looks much worse.”

While the video was a sign of life, Gaal knew from the edited hostages how bad things for his brother.

“They were in the same tunnel with two or 10 hostages, a very small tunnel, almost unable to move. Sleep, eating, breathing next to the place they had to dig their own toilet,” he said.

“My brother is in front of me every time, throughout the day.” “I go to sleep with him. I wake up with him, I can not feel anything else other than guilt on the simplest things.”

Like many hostages families, he suspends his hopes for President Trump for the mediator for their liberation.

“Although we sometimes disintegrate because we are human, we also keep each other in the hope that the man will return to us,” Gal said.

“I hope (our love) is what is saved now,” he added. “How much he knows that everyone loves and is waiting for him.”
