With Nader’s arrival to the ruler of Ramallah and the other, this film presents an intimate picture of life during the era of the Israeli occupation in the West Bank. Over one month, Governor Laila Ghanem moves in her city, which is characterized by protests, mourning, celebration and flexibility.

In the midst of political tensions, it reveals how Ramallah works under occupation – how to breathe, resist and support most of them. With a transition between high -level policy and daily confrontations, Ghanem is reflected in the emotional and political scene of its people, and provides a strong glimpse of the calm and firm power of the Palestinians.
