On Sunday, Trump described the planned edition, “A step taken in good faith towards the United States and the efforts of the brokers – Qatar and Egypt – to put an end to this very brutal war and restore all living hostages and still their loved ones.”

“We hope this is the first of those final steps necessary to end this brutal struggle. I look forward to this day from the celebration!” Trump said on social media.

Trump, who travels to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, is not to stop in Israel.
