European leaders presses Russia more than 30 days a ceasefire

European leaders urged Russia to agree to a 30 -day ceasefire with Ukraine starting on Monday.

The invitation was issued at the “Alliance of those who wish” in Kyiv. The leaders of France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Poland Voludimir Zelinsky hosted from Ukraine, while others joined remotely.

They issued the announcement after discussing the plan on the phone with US President Donald Trump – who initially led to an unconditional ceasefire. The leaders threatened Russia with “huge” sanctions if he did not comply.

The meeting was a symbolic response to More than 20 leaders joined Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow Friday.

The ceasefire is scheduled for 30 hours, and Putin was called by Putin to Mark on the day of victory in Russia, later on Saturday. It witnessed a decrease in fighting, but both sides accused the other of violations.

Russian attack reports continue through Ukraine, despite Russia’s allegations of temporary shooting.

In the northern Sumi area, a 85 -year -old woman was killed, three others were wounded, 19 residential houses and 10 other buildings destroyed or damaged, Ukrainian police said.

In Kostyantynivka, the eastern Donetsk region, one person was injured, and two housing blocks caught after Russian attacks, according to the emergency service in the Ukrainian state.

In the southern city of Khaisson, a 58 -year -old local population sought medical help after an attack by a Russian drone carrying explosives, the regional administration said.
