On Thursday, Rillance Industries pulled her request to register the “Sindoor Operation” as a brand, saying that the deposit was unintentionally submitted by a beginner person “and without permission.
The move came after only one day after four separate requests-including one of the accreditation unit-it was submitted to the General Control Unit for Patents, Design and Trade Markets, which seeks to use the term entertainment services.
All four applications were provided between 10:42 am and 6:27 pm on May 7, according to Chapter 41 of the beautiful classification, which covers services related to education, training and production films and media, live shows, digital content, cultural programming, and sporting events.
This category is often used by OTT platforms, production houses, broadcasters, and juvenile companies, indicating the potential use of the “Sindoor Operation” as a movie, Web series, or documentary brand.
And clarifying her position, Relination Industries said in an official statement that it has no intention of the brand of the term, describing the “Sindoor Operation” “a phrase that has now become part of the national awareness as an Indian courage symbol.
The company stated: “JIO Studios, a unit from Reliance Industries, withdrew its commercial sign, which was unintentionally submitted by a beginner person without permission.”
The “Sindoor” operation refers to the military strikes of India against the targets of Pakistani terrorism, which was launched in the early hours of Wednesday in response to the terrorist attack on April 22 in Jammu and Kashmir Bahamam, where 26 people were killed.
ReliaCE Industries also noted that the group and all stakeholders are “incredibly proud of the Sindoor”, describing it as “the proud achievement of our courageous armed forces in the battle of India where uncomfortable against the evil of terrorism.”
The statement concluded that “dependence is completely standing to support our government and armed forces in this battle against terrorism. Our commitment to the slogan” India first “is still fixed.”
