The guest house in the Vatican in the Vatican contains 128 rooms. From May 7, the Cardinals participating in Conclave will be filled to elect the next Pope. But one of the rooms in the guest house is still closed with a red tape, as it was since its occupant was on Easter on Monday.
This wing will only be reopened when choosing the new Pope. The tape remains a concrete reminder of the man in which the Cardino shoes look to fill – but the presence of Pope Francis is on the horizon on this range in many deep ways.
He spent 12 years in this role and appointed about 80 % of the Cardinals who would choose behind him. He also looks forward to radically shaking the Catholic Church, as he moved the center of gravity away from the hierarchical sequence in the Vatican towards the believers in the rank and the file around the world, and focused on the poor and the marginalized.
My talks with the Cardinals and those who hold the needs of the church in the days that led to these papal elections, always ending with what is required through the perspective of what Pope Francis did in this role.
While in recent days, there appears to be an increasing occurrence about the idea that Francis should be built, but some of his critics are still far from convinced. Therefore, there may be enough of them for the impact of voting, as the Church tries to reconcile the different expectations and facts it faces all over the world?
More beautiful
During the two weeks that followed the death of the Pope, the Cardinals met almost daily in the Vatican for pre -length gatherings known as public gatherings.
While Conclave in the Sistine chapel is limited to the Cardinals who have not yet arrived at the age of 80 (133 will participate in this), these initial meetings are open to all 252 Cardinals. Each present has been abandoned up to five minutes to broadcast their opinions, although we know that some took longer.
During such a meeting before the last 2013 committee, in a speech that lasted less than four minutes, Pope Francis – then known as Cardinal George Bergolio from Argentina – was influenced, talking about the need to communicate with those in the far limit of the Catholic world.

Kababa, a conscious engine to appoint the Cardinate from such places. This is why this is the most elegantly elegant there. For the first time, Cape Verdi, Haiti, South Sudan, Tonga, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea and Rwanda will be represented.
This diversity has already made its fingerprints: It is said that pre -deviation meetings have somewhat brought the extent of the Church’s different needs depend on the place they look at in the world.
In Europe, for example, the primary consideration of some may find ways to stimulate and operate the church’s mission in the face of shrinking gatherings, while concerns elsewhere – in African or Asian countries – may revolve around social issues, poverty and resolving disputes.
The potential Pope is likely to be at least a recognition of these very different facts.
Spiritual leader, statesman, global influence
The official titles inherited by the new Pope gives a feeling of the role of the role: the bishop of Rome, the deputy of Jesus Christ, the successor of the Emir of the Apostles, the High Pope of the International Church, the sovereignty of the Vatican state among them.
While some are associated with deep spirituality, the last of these titles indicates the need for a statesman as well, given that the Pope is the leader of a country, albeit smaller in the world.

“In contrast to your normal condition, the Vatican table is somewhat driven as the Pope puts his focus at that time,” says Chris Troot, the British Ambassador of the Holy See. “On her face, a very small condition, (but she) includes several times above her weight.
“Pope Francis was 50 million followers on Twitter, so (it is) a very small country and an incredible global influence.”
Pope Francis chose to amplify this part of this role, becoming a strong global speaker on behalf of those on the margin, including the poor and war victims.
He also tried to play the role of the peacemaker, although not everyone thought he was successful in this regard, regarding China and Russia in particular.

According to Cardinal Vincent Nichols, the older Catholic person in England and Wales, this expansion in this role is one of the reasons that make many even out of faith invest in flavor results.
He says: “There is a feeling that the Pope in the person of Pope Francis has become a person who addressed everyone in the world … a religious people and even those who do not have religious affiliation.”
“I am more aware that it is not just Catholic interested in this.”
Confusion about the vision of Pope Francis
For many of the Cardinals who vote, it is primarily within the Catholic Church that is subject to the lights, which raises the issue of the type of Pope they want as a manager, and a person runs the administrative body of the church and its ministries.
While Pope Francis worked to improve the way the Church deals with huge issues related to sexual assault and financial corruption, it is his successor who will have to ensure that reforms are applied equally throughout the Catholic world.
Even supporters of the efforts made by Pope Francis to make changes to the way the Church relates to its believers in the arrangement and the file, and the way in which the bridges were built with those outside the faith, sometimes they were confused about how things were imagined exactly.

Pope Francis changed the tone on social issues through the comments he made, as it spoke frankly about the topics ranging from climate change to financial transparency within the Vatican. But during its papacy, some were not clear about what it means or how it would be applied.
It was one of the tasks that he had to take some power and make decisions away from the hierarchy of the Vatican and to the hands of Catholics in the rank and file.
For nearly four years, in a great effort, it has actually cost a survey of many Catholics in the world to find out what matters to them. Ordinary people were invited to participate in the last bishop conference, where the results of the survey were discussed.

The biggest issues raised regarding greater roles for women in church management and welcoming homosexuals+ Catholics. But the meeting ended with some ambiguity, with little in the form of concrete steps forward and little clarity on how to help ordinary people direct the future direction of the church.
Therefore, there is a general care for more clarity from the new Pope.
Ugly gap: supporters and critics
Throughout it, some vocal traditions opposed what they saw as Pope Francis calm down from the teaching of the Church and the long traditions.
In Cardino meetings before Klaf, a number of those over the age of 80 (who will not participate in voting because of their age) ended to play their role.
Most of the contributions remained confidential, but it was reported that was from the 83 -year -old Italian Cardinal, Peniamino Stella. Pope Francis criticized for “imposing his own ideas” by trying to remove the governance of the church from the clergy.

However, during the sermon speech, or religious speech, at the funeral of Pope Francis, what seemed to resonate with the audience in the audience – if we judge through the applause size – the talk about the topics chosen by Francis, the hero: the dignity of migrants, the end of the war, and the environment.
This applause could have been loud and clear by the ranks of the Cardinals.
In some senses, Pope Francis was clearly focused on the fact that the church is related to people in their daily lives, and in fact, their struggles. It was clear about communicating with the world outside of faith as well.
“There is a feeling that he is in the voice of the Pope, there is a sound of something required,” says Cardinal Nichols. “For some people, it is a moral compass, for some people, the feeling of acceptance, for some people, is the insistence that we look at things from the point of view of the poorest.
“This is the sound of silence and our mission is to find someone who can go forward.”

From the death of Pope Francis to the moment the Cardinate was investigating in the guesthouse in Santa Marta and his false housing, there seemed to be a trend towards the desire to continue what Pope Francis has achieved.
Although this vision of continuity can bring more skeptics, in a practical way. The word “unity” was talked about a lot, after a while in which the divisions between supporters and critics can become an ugly vision.
But in the end, when they take the Sistin Church, the holiest voting rooms, despite all the pragmatism that they may have taken into consideration before they dump the poll, will be urged to allow God and the Holy Spirit to guide them.
