The ship hit two drones near Malta on Friday; NGOs blaming Israel to attack.
An international non -governmental organization that intends to provide humanitarian aid to Gaza by sea said it is holding talks with the Malta government about allowing a ship to enter Maltese water to repair the damage caused by a drone.
NGOs said on Sunday that the ship called the conscience, which is run by the FLOTILLA Alliance (FFC), suffered from damage to the front section, including the loss of power when drones were hit outside Maltese water in the middle of the Mediterranean on Friday.
The coalition, an international non -governmental group, said that Israel, which surrounded and bombed Gaza, was responsible for the incident.

The conscience, which was launched from Tunisia, was expected to take about 30 peace activists from all over the world before trying to sail Gaza in the eastern Mediterranean. The ship was seeking to provide aid, including food and medicines, to the besieged pocket, as the relief groups warned of people struggling to stay after the siege of Israel for two months.
Swedish activist Greta Thonberg said she was in Malta and was planning to climb the ship as part of the fleet.
Prime Minister Robert Abella said on Sunday that Malta was ready to help the ship with necessary reforms so that it can continue its journey, as soon as it is convinced that the ship only carries humanitarian aid.
Coalition officials said on Sunday that the ship was not at risk of drowning, but they wanted to be sure that it would be safe from other attacks during reforms, and is able to sail again.
Earlier on Sunday, the coalition accused Malta of impeding access to its ship. Malta denied this claim, saying that the crew rejected help and refused even to allow the plane on the plane to assess the damage.
The coalition said in a statement later today: “FFC would like to clarify our commitment to communicating with the (Maltese) authorities to accelerate to the temporary establishment of our shift for reforms and surveyors, so that we can continue the urgent humanitarian mission to Gaza.”
A spokesman for the Malta government said its offer was to assist in reforms at sea once the boat charge was verified to be help.
Coalition officials said that the surveyor welcomed it in the board of directors as part of a deal that is negotiated with Malta.
Israel stopped humanitarian aid to Gaza two months ago, shortly before the shooting and its war against Hamas, which destroyed the Palestinian jeep and killed more than 51,000 people.
Another non -governmental organization was arrested on a similar mission to Gaza in 2010 and independent of the Israeli forces, and nine activists were killed. Likewise, other ships were stopped and resigned, with activists.
Hamas issued a statement of the incident off Malta, accusing Israel of “piracy” and “state terrorism”.
