We crushed our spring challenge for 8 weeks! We cannot believe how quickly this challenge is! With the end of the challenge this Sunday 4 May, you may wonder what to do after that or how do I not lose this momentum?
I just have the tips you need to stay on the right track and reach these goals! In addition, a new challenge, the details in the end !!
1. Set new goals
After completing the curved spring challenge, take some time to think about your achievements and set new goals for yourself. Whether that improves your strength, increases your endurance, or a new video experience in MoveThe presence of clear goals will help you stay enthusiastic.
2. Create a routine
Creating a daily routine that includes time to exercise and healthy eating can help you stay consistent with your healthy habits. Make the exercise a priority by schedule it in your day, just like any other date.

Keep up with your accounting group! Just because the challenge that ended does not mean that your group is achieving! The presence of a person or group for your accountability can make a big difference in staying on the right track.
