Wikipedia says it will use artificial intelligence, but not to replace human volunteers

Wikipedia on Wednesday open Amnesty International Strategy Over the next three years – the Wikipedia community is not replaced by editors and volunteers with artificial intelligence, and thank God.

In addition, artificial intelligence will be used to improve the discovery of information on Wikipedia, giving editors more time for human trading required to build a consensus on the creation, changes and updates of Wikipedia entry.

Artificial intelligence will also help editors by automating translation and will help in the process of new volunteers.

“We believe that our future work with artificial intelligence will be successful not only because of what we do, but how we do it,” says Chris Albon, director of automatic learning at the Wikimedia Foundation. In a blog post announces news.
