Justice through the cold – BionicoldGuy

She got some good horse riding in early last week. I have particularly enjoyed our difficult group ride on Tuesday in East Gillroy Hills. This does not really have any long climbing, just many of them. You are finally associated, with electrical help (straight). So I was affected by those who have no help who tightened it. I learned a new amusing term for bicycles without help- “sound bikes”.

Later in the week, around Thursday, I began to feel a little bit under the weather. It is difficult to know if this is just an allergy at this time of the year, but then I started getting symptoms of chills and nights and then a slight fever, so I assume it is cold. By yesterday, I felt a little better, I hope to kneel it. So for a few days until yesterday, I ride an easy local. I also do yoga and extend at night to relax and continue this unless I really feel the disease. I will resume longer and more hard time with force training. The setbacks like these do not bother me as they are used to, especially when I am not in training in particular.
