The passengers were forced to evacuate the Delta plane after the fire engine caught in it while it was at the Orlando International Airport in Florida.
The video appears on social media smoke and flames rising from the right engine, and passengers from the plane below the inflatable emergency slices.
Delta Flight 1213 was appointed to leave Orlando, famous as Disney World, to Atlanta with approximately 300 people on board the plane. There are no reports of any injuries.
“The passengers were evacuated,” the airport said.
Delta said in a statement to the American BBC partner, CBS News, that Airbus A330 was carrying 282 passengers and 10 flight attendants and pilots.
The airline said that the crews were postponed when the cabin was seen in part of one of the main engines of the plane.
The video appears to be taken from the station, showing the passengers waiting for the airport runway with the stalled emergency vehicles next to the plane.
Delta said: “We appreciate the cooperation of our customers and apologize for the experience,” said Delta.
“There is nothing more important than the safety difference and the Delta team will make our customers in their final destinations as soon as possible.”
The Federal Aviation Administration said it would investigate the accident.
