As part of the American plan, the war that lasts for years will be considered as frozen, and the European Union sources told Bloomberg. They said that Russia’s Ukrainian regions will remain under the leadership of the country led by Vladimir Putin.

The sources said that Ukraine will not enter the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, a military alliance known as NATO, according to the proposal.

Russia can see the sanctions back as part of this proposal, according to Bloomberg. But the Bloomberg report indicated that the restrictions imposed on the country from the European Union, such as not freezing the proven assets, require the approval of all member states.

The plan will not be considered a final settlement between the two countries, as a European Union official said. European allies will not recognize Russia -controlled lands in Ukraine, as is under the rule of Moscow, according to the source.

This official also said that the plan will need to talk about more with Ukraine.

The officials said that Russia will need to agree to stop the fighting and Ukraine will need security guarantees to make the peace plan a success.
