French Finance Minister Eric Lombard reduced government growth forecast for 2025 on Wednesday when a global trade war escalated, but said that the government aims to adhere to plans to reduce deficit. Lombard said it is expected that the second largest economy in the euro area will now grow by 0.7 % instead of 0.9 % of its budget 2025.
