First on Fox – Some of the biggest names in business, education, sports and entertainment are among the winners of this year’s Worst of Awakening awards.

The New Tolerance Campaign (NTC), a watchdog group that targets “intolerance, double standards” and what it calls the “false tolerance” of various institutions, announced the winners of its annual contest on Friday.

“It’s fun to look back at the moments of unbridled awakening that span the course of the year, but it’s important to remember that these are all major brands and organizations that have an enormous impact on our culture,” said Gregory T. Angelo, president of the National Transitional Council. Fox News Digital.

“If the New Tolerance Campaign does not demand them and the public does not resist them, things like extreme gender ideology and divisive DEI become the accepted status quo,” he added. “We have a duty to laugh at these things.”

Mattel has won a Wake Award for unveiling the “world’s first gender-neutral doll” with the launch of its Creatable World toy line.

“Kids have a blank canvas and all the pieces they need to create their own customizable characters over and over again! Dress the doll one way for one character, then swap her out for a completely different person!” The Barbie company wrote on its website.

Harley-Davidson was the beneficiary this year of comments made by its CEO Jochen Zeitz, who went viral for referring to himself as “the Taliban in a sustainable way,” and that his goal was to “confront” and “redefine” “traditional capitalism.” The motorcycle giant was also called out for its DEI initiatives, which the company announced was being rolled back after backlash on social media.

Another “woke” winner is Jaguar, which raised eyebrows last month with its bizarre ad featuring androgynous models rather than showcasing any of its luxury cars.

In Hollywood, the big winner is the now-cancelled Disney+ show “The Acolyte,” a Star Wars spin-off series that has been accused of DEI ideology.

“It refused to remain faithful to Star Wars lore and instead sought to insert as much DEI into each episode as possible: a group of lesbian Force Witches lament the galaxy’s lack of acceptance of ‘women like us,’ and ask an alien about her pronouns,” the NTC said. “A clear focus on race, and so much more that came into play,” the show’s creator said Leslye Headland He even went on record, stating that the inclusion of “lesbian” communities in the program was intentional because “it would be normal” in an all-female community.

Two of the year’s most-watched sporting events, Super Bowl LVIII and the Paris Olympics, also took home awards.

Super Bowl LVIII received a nod for featuring the “Black National Anthem” as well as the national anthem dedicated to all Americans. The Summer Olympics won that Controversial opening ceremony Which included drag queens portraying “The Last Supper”.

The NTC awarded its 2024 Champion of Tolerance Award to conservative activist Robbie Starbuck for highlighting DEI programs at corporate America and forcing companies to “stand down.”

“Companies that have long been synonymous with the American working class like Harley Davidson, Caterpillar, Ford, John Deere and Tractor Supply were the targets of Starbuck’s revelations that led to a rollback of DEI policies, an end to participation in the deceptively named Corporate Equality Index,” and an end to “woke” employee trainings. American companies are getting back to basic fundamentals, and Starbuck is responsible for showing them that way,” the NTC wrote.

Starbuck was happy to accept the award.

“It has been the honor of a lifetime to fight for everyday Americans who just want mental health in their workplaces and the stores where they shop,” Starbuck said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

“With the support of millions of Americans, we have done what many said was impossible. Turns out, the impossible is possible with the right plan and determination. I will never stop trying to do the impossible to improve our country. Together we will make American businesses sane again,” he added. “This award belongs to the millions of people who supported My work… without them nothing changes. And to all of these people, I am forever grateful to have you in this fight by my side.”
