Aman Gupta, co -founder and chief marketing official in Bot, moved on Monday to X (formerly on Twitter) to share the reason for the love of working with Gen Z and Millennials Youth.

He narrated his experience in working in the corporate sector 10 years ago. The CMO boat said that when he was working in the corporate sector, young employees used to be afraid while standing outside the president’s cabin.

He added that the youth at that time were unable to ask what their president asked them, with a variation with the day and afternoon.

The businessman, who was also seen on Shark Tank India, said he hates her when people confuse honesty with lack of respect. He also said that the youth today have much more than their generation.

“Certainly, they may not have decades of experience, but they have something that we did not do: exposure. They know what we do not.

He also stated that the Boat marketing team includes Gen Z employees under the age of 30, with the addition of being working for reasons other than money.

“Every time I talk to them, I realize that they are not only working for money. They work because they care. They live freely. They create without fear,” read the publication. Near the end of his post, he said that the question is not how it is managed, but how do we make sure that we are working with them and learning from them.
